Eligibility for Returns

Items must be returned within 15 days of receiving your order.

Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items such as undergarments, accessories, or clearance sale products are non-returnable.

Once approved, ship the product back to the address provided in our response.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or process a refund.
